Re: The Fitness Thread !I too had a knee injury in April this year. But not sure it was because of squats (used to 75 kgs + bar), BP - 40 Kgs + bar, OP 30 +). I had taken a 2 week break from workout and one fine day felt a sudden pain in the right knee. Have stopped working out completely since then. Its better now hoping to start workout again from october 10. I was completely demotivated. have to start all over again. Rockfella, looking at your post earlier about how u started working out again has inspired me even more. Hopefully will be able to get back to my earlier fitness levels.
