He was quoting the first two photographs where the clothes are different from rest. So obviously the pics have just been shown sequentially but that is probably not the case. They seem to be pics from two different events.

Err... he quoted all 5 pics and they follow the sequence (differences apart) for a reason.

Just another day. There are always people who dress up like some famous character and survive on tips that people give them to click pictures with them.
