The IPL 4 Thread

Since Kochi did not manege to screw it up enough with the franchise name, they thought lets make it up with the funny uniforms.
 
you see a low grade broadcast quality in the telecast of ipl.
i feel like the world cup and the ipl are in two different countries altogether :S
 
Don't know why, but even if KKR is continuosly losing, they still get support.

Anyways this season of IPL4 has lost its charm.

And the team continues to let down its fans time and again. This is the only team which had a fan base even before the first match of the first IPL was played. This is the only team whose fan base is passionate about their team, almost as an extension of their own lives. This is the only team which has failed to live up to its over enthusiastic fans and owner.
 
^^ I agree with you. Lots of fan base and hype which has been marred with their consistent poor performance over the last 3 IPL seasons.

Coming to today's matches, the first one looks to be a cracker of a game. :eek:hyeah:
 
The teams this time are so new it is like starting all over again. Not just the captains, I think even the fans would be confused about who is playing for whom. Dravid still reminds me of RCB, Symonds and Laxman of DC, David Hussey and Brad Hodge of KKR and so on. Confusing.
 
And teams would be shuffled EVERY THREE years. That sucks, instead if it was like Football and happened at the end of every season, would have been better.
 
Who cares?!!

I left supporting KKR and infact IPL4 doesn't interestv me, i am tired of watching cricket after the hectic WC
