LOL turns out to be a mistake ... but terrible pricing .. there are better options out there in the market.

yea these are grey prices and no taxes. i hate taxes anyways in india lol. how is ur itouch comin along. i might just join the gang over this weekend. getting it from abroad.
 
Bought a touch for 12.5k from the UK this week. Would like to do a review on it this coming week.

But man its a sweet piece of kit.

alfa, hp and musafir khana, everything depends on how and well can u bargain. in alfa fixed prices though. im trying to remove my apple touch from the customs as of now. might just get it free... woohooo
 
In Pune the rates are indeed daylight robbery. I mean in croma the rates were mentioned like Market rate 16k Croma rate 15k you save 1k. I was thinking Croma rate 15k; vishalrao's rate in UK = 13k I would save 2k. But then customs and all $hit wud anyway cost me sumthing arnd the rates that we get it here. I have a doubt tho like digicams which have a serial no does apple also provide warranty on the basis of the serial no or they need the bill of the iPod ?

Apple warranty is purely on serial numbers. Thats why even pieces from abroad / grey will carry a warranty :D

You can in fact just goto the apple support site and check warranty status, date etc with your serial :)

Absolutely true :D . This is why I bought my Touch from grey market :D . No taxes BS :D
