Guys, I've made one compact thread for all apps, hacks and tools released for the Zune.

Picture Transfer :

Convert pictures in batches to 320x240 dimensions using IrfanView

Video Transfer :

Use either Encode 360 or WinAVI Video Converter (Thanks to akshitmohan)

For best results, convert videos to .WMV & set resolution to 320x240, fps to 29 !

Zune WiFi Storage Hack

Looks good but I havent treid it. Try it at your own risk.

Note to mods :

Please add any subsequent tools or releases to this post, reformat it and sticky if you like it ;)
 
^ Weird, as soon as I resized to 320x240 it synced instantly.. Maybe i'll have to update to 1.2
