mp3 player wud also become as usb device wudn't be allowed at office :( what would be your pick ? i am not a huge bass or a hardcore sound fan but i think if i couple up the samsung phone with a good pair of headphone shd be enough ? since both device wud come approx same price.

I am looking for around 7500 budget, I have choosen Nokia C5-03 and LG Optimus P350, which one is better? or any other phone within this range, features required are Screen of 3 above and 3G, wifi, please someone suggest.
Nokia C5-03 vs. LG Optimus Me P350 - GSMArena.com
The C5-03 has a resistive screen... The P350 is one of the ugliest phones I have ever seen. If you can sacrifice 3G, look at the Corby II.

In any case, 3G prices are so high currently that you would spend up more than your phone's value in 3G bills for 6-8 months usage of 3G!!

@ thedeadghost: Get the Samsung Champ... unless you are an audiophile in which case you should look at the Sansa Clip+

If you want touch+Qwerty Android then the below three falls under your budget. Android is a touch based OS. You cant get a non-touch android phone because there is no phone like that!
Motorola Charm ~ 9.5k
Samsung Galaxy 551 ~ 9.4k
Samsung Galaxy Pro ~ 12k

Best options in your budget.
Dell XCD 35 ~ 10.5k followed by LG Optimus One P500 ~ 9.7k

Also battery life of Android phones aint great. You will hardly get 2 days from a small screen Android phone. The larger screen ones barely last a day on a single charge (Moderate - heavy use)
