Now lets see when it arrives and at what price
:cool2:
i noticed that chipsets costing ~80$ is ~5k here. 100$ will be ~6k. weird calculation most of these r manufactured in Asia if i'm not mistaken.
Screw Custom's n Distributors. my 0.02 cent($ gone up )

should be avail soon enough. mebbe another week or two at the max. i guess i read on techtree or something abt a zotac model for 5999+taxes

I'm all about ready to jump on this bandwagon :) Just waiting for good options for the mobo (specially gigabyte), and for the initial bios and driver hiccups to be solved. :hap2:

Is the E2180 [at stock clocks] able to play 1080p flawlessly?

If thats the case, that could be paired with this board. Great VFM HTPC combo.

Fingers crossed and hoping that there'd be at least one board that comes out with SPDIF [analog], DVI, HDMI out. :D

eh.. you do realize that HD content can also be decoded via software? i used to have a 7600gs and back then my HD was exclusively software decoded. cpu usage used to be through the roof though.

For me HTPC means diddly squat. But the chance of hybrid power with a GTX 280 is just too good to resist. Now that's a gaming PC/download rig plus HTPC in one :ohyeah:
