So I have been a member on this forum awile now but haven't contributed anything to jeopradise the sanity of members here.Here is my first try.

1)TE-TE is not a part of speech missing the letter E. It stands for TechEnclave. Now you may argue that Techenclave is one word but would you rather refer to it as 'T'?:no:
2)NOOB-A noob isnt a refernce to a female anatomical part :O.It means you are new.New to TE (See TE) or new to the world of Technology. It means you are not yet a complete tecno-nerd but are getting there. Calling someone 'noob' is bad manners but you can refer yourself as the same if you feel incompetent.
3)NEWBIE- Is a variation of 'NOOB'. It is not something new you are getting for free.
4)GEEK-
The opposite of 'NOOB'. He knows stuff.Respect him 'NOOBS' and "NEWBIES' if you want to learn stuff.
5)JARGON- Is something that NOOB's and NEWBIES will have a tough time understanding. It's basically a sentence that contains multiple instances of Technology related slangs, Short Forms and a peculiar language only Geeks understand. Example "FS is DFI LP P45 DK T2RS Plus + Intel C2D E8600 since my mobo's gone kaput.Willin to trade with a 9800 gtx gfx card":bshit:
6)MOBO- Has got nothing to do with your mojo.Has everthing to do with your computer's mojo. It means motherboard. The big board thingy inside your computer where all the other small board thingy's fit.
7)GFX, GFX card- Is not your a reference to an Ex-Girlfriend or the birthday card she gave you. It sipmly means a Graphics Card.It is someting you put on a Mobo (See MOBO)
8)LAPPY- Is not what you change on toddlers/Is not a dog who likes to lick. It means a Laptop.
9)LOWBALL: Is not a type of bowling in the sport of cricket. Neither is it of any reference to the male/female anatomy. It means that a person is quoting a buying price which is way lower than what the product can be sold for/is put for sale on. It is an unglorified form of bargaining. Everyone does it on TE.
10)THREAD- Is not what you sew your torn underwear with. It is message opened under a subject where the replies are joined in form of message boxes below the main message. This page you are viewing is an example of a thead. i am therefore, the thread starter, you are the thread viewer.There will also be thread moderators who will decide wether you should/should not see its contents.
11)MOD- Auto enthusiasts note that this does not refer to 'Modify'.It is also not a typo for MAD even though similarities exsist.It is what you can become if you dedicate enough time for TE. He's your boss. Senior member of TE with numerous posts,reputations, ratings and has the ability to kick your a$$.There are people on this forum whose life ambition is to become a MOD one day. It's short for Moderator.
12)MOTM- Its acronym for Member Of The Month. It means bikeinstien. bikeinstien means a genius of bikes.(Sandhi sodva):Car3:
I will try to keep updating this thread with more synonyms,acronyms,craponyms ect. and world really appericiate if other enlightened members can also submit similar definitions.
