Mousing surfaces can be a big deal to the extreme gamer, especially in first person games where accuracy and precision is important. There are many types of mouse pads out there. Some are made of plastic, cloth, and even glass. There are many different aspects that make a mouse pad good besides controlling the mouse. Durability, size, and maintenance are all factors that should be taken into consideration when buying a pad. We have even had issues with pads being to noisy from the sliding of the mouse across the surface. So as you can see, choosing a pad can be a tough choice with so many different types on the market. Today I am looking into The Orange Box Mousepad. It looks trendy. Its Large in size cloth surface Mouse Pad with an extra smooth surface.

The Orange Box Mousepad:
The Orange Box Mousepad is an interesting looking mouse pad. The first thing that one would notice is The Orange Box Artwork ,which makes for an interesting look. There are artworks from Halflife 2 : Episode 2, Team Fortress 2 and Portal. The Cloth surface is very smooth . Infact I have tried it personally and the surface is smoother than the Razer Mantis Speed and also the Steel Qck Surfaces. The size of the Mousepad is large , larger than the Steel Qck. So it has sufficient surface area to move the mouse even for low sensitivity gamers.You will not find yourself going off the edge of the pad.Another important feature is the extra sticky rubber compound back of the Mouse pad which prevents it from sliding around on the desk while you move the mouse. So go for it guys , who are looking for a new gaming mousepad, this is a great buy !!
