The Pacific is a 10 part TV series based on the American battle with the Japs. This is from the makers of Band of Brothers which i think was the best TV series i have ever seen. Looking forward for this one too. It airs on 14th March on HBO(ofcourse not in India). But make sure to grab it on HD. Will surely be a great series. Anyone else looking forward to this series??
 
i am! i have the high def version of Band of Brothers including the bonus episode.

i have been waiting for the pacific series for more than a year since i first heard of it.
 
Awaiting it since lonnggg time...No doubt that the story and other aspects of the tv series are going to be top notch..I just hope that the Star Cast is Great.. Because star cast of Band of the Brothers was magnificient... simply awesome..
 
Even Band of Brothers had a cast where most of them were not really famous actors. But their performance was amazing. I guess the same will happen with this show
 
band of brothers had some british actors - like simon pegg, david schwimmer - ross from friends and loads of other guys--buck compton-forgot his name. all of them are accomplished actors.

has anyone seen the trailer of the pacific yet?
 
Watched both the trailers ( One trailer and other Narration )... I just feel it, that its going to be really good..
