Why dont we have an option in cricket where in the umpire is instructed to stop the game (by the ICC) when they feels that one of the side is just playing ruubish.
The current match is a bad advertisement to cricket anyway.

Second Day of the match and RSA lead by 418 runs ...with three wickets remaining.

I just hope the players are losing coz of the skill factor and not of other factors...

But has to be said, it was seaming like hell the first hour of the test match...

Its raining cats and dogs in motera... Hopefully that will save us....

It could also backfire coz the rain can freshen the pitch yet again n make it difficult for India... If it rains overnight, Smith might well declare on the overnight score and use the damp morning pitch for another rendezvous by the SA bowlers...
 
^^Exactly. Theres no way out for india now. With three days to go, theres too much time left to force a draw
 
This had to happen. After the high of winning in Australia and the first test, this was just a natural correction. Kinda like the Sensex.

Indian cricket team can NEVER play consistently for a long period of time. That has been proven over and over again.

Its like a see-saw in here.. a month ago Indian cricket is at its peak and not at its bottom :P

Indian team's effort is commendable. I mean it must be very difficult to score so low. What a shame.

ROFL..but its true ...when one plays well all seems fine.....else they all fall like a pack of cards.

It wouldn't have hurt half as much if this was an away series...but this is a home series .....you just cannot play sooo bad in front of your home fans.
 
Cannot expect the Indian team to be as consistent as the Australian side. One victory and we will see the same folks in a tv channel talking about the only victory 20 years hence. Someday the India-Namibia series would be considered cliff hangers going by the current form.
 
This was expected...just one day before the match all cricketers were busy dancing and promoting IPL...btw why notfine the team to play so bad????when u can give them 10 crores ofcourse u can penalize them
 
People call them Cric. fan, and they can't see anyother side.. Winning :@ :| Seesh :| its a joke because RSA is winning else it would had been a cause of celebration :| Pathetic thinking .. Its just a game.. Enjoy it :| I loved Chennai Superstars winning .. but would love to see the Lahore badshah back in action :)
 
^ Thats not the thing. IMO, fans dont mind losses as long as there is good fight. But insane innings like yesterdays is what people hate and in any terms for any team such an innings is shameful.
 
6 batsmen clean bowled....a clear case of players giving less time for practicing, what they are there supposed to do.
I am in for IPL and the money....adverts..ramp walks...promotions...but not practicing ...and just walking to the field and playing like a bunch of jokers......no seriousness no desire to slug it out in the middle....I mean its not like every time there is a green top ..and we faltered ...there have been occassions whn some players a$$ is on the line and he players a charateristic knock.
 
I am not gonna watch any match until they throw out Kirsten. Its like having a pakistani general in indian army. :@

See, how can you blame Kirsten for a 78 run first innings?

They should have sent Kirsten to bat... he'd probably have scored more.

+1 these idiots are just showing how serious they are about cricktet. They lack what the best teams in the world have - PROFESSIONALISM
