perfect example of Slow and Steady wins the race:D

we had another 10lap race today ..... four people ......

me and saumil on big lambo....... garav on 550 and CJ on saleen

track was monza ...... i was behind all guys on number 4 :( ......

First pit on 6th lap ..... only fuel no tyres ..... in screenshot i am taking fuel .....garav is in front of me and saumil is leaving pits ....



and here is the result of the race ....



lol i won ...... saumils suspension gave out and CJ's pitcrew screwed up .... lol

second race was a hazard for me ....... ran out of fuel just before the pits in 6th lap :( .....

saumil got a broken splitter that raped his straight line speeds while the CJ's saleen was faster but still saumil managed to win the race with little margin ....... Garav broke his car in 2nd lap ... lol

Are you guys playing using keyboard or controller? I tried the school & races with keyboard but wheel spin galore even with throttle sensitivity at like 12%

You should really use mouse steering when driving with a keyboard, you can be very much competitive with it.

Just join in, we'll get your controls and racing line properly set up during free practice :)

i am neither consistent nor with good lap times ...... but i won the first race lol

Why did you disable your name on top? Send me the .vcr file so I can see your name :P

Replay of the race we had at Monza last night. Me, Rave, Garav and CJ.
Simulation mode, all aids off, 2x tyre wear and 4x fuel usage.

Keypad plus and minus to switch between drivers.
Recorded from Garav's pov, so it's a bit laggy for the others.

I was suicidal, chose to use soft tyre compound and extra less rear-wing.
Twitchy as hell and mad mad tyre wear which made from some very entertaining racing moments from my side :D
 
^^ paste it in the ReplayData folder inside GTR2 folder and it will appear in the replays in the game .....

At last i got it all right

1:45xxx in monza with 550 no aids :D

 
its 5 in the morning .....

after 22 laps on the same tyres ...... result came :D ...... i know i suck in races :(

But look at fuel, 0 laps hehe.
Awesome time anyhow.

Weird driving style btw - Your front tyres barely touched 60C and the rears are dangerously off the magic 90C.
 
^^actually i was doing stunts after got 1.44 :D ..... that y tyre temps are high ...... with hard compound tyre temps barely increase more than 65-70

EDIT: btw tyre temps are 68 61 78 68 ...... see it carefully :P
