Have you ever wondered how good your life will be if all you did was play games and you got paid for that.
Well thanks to Youtube's shitty algorithm you actually can do that now.
I was excluding any free fire and BGMI channel, but had to mention channel no.5, seeing how fast the growth was.

No wonder India have a non existent gaming community. Someone who plays only Freefire/ BGMI everyday calls himself a gamer.

India is a poor country with large population. And no of people with mobiles will be far greater. If i was a kid with only a mobile ill probably play on it too.
And MP i guess is addictive, look at fortnite.

I am no expert, but maybe try different things and see if you can find a niche. Or suck it up and start making mobile games vids and see if you can complete with channels like above. Maybe you can sprinkle in pc/console games after that. Dunno ..

I only posted this coz the amount of these channels I see in recommendation is crazy. Like C'mon YouTube At least show me something I can use for myself like a video idea but no all YouTube will ever show you is these stupid lives.
Fast growth is good but if I have to keep my ego aside for a shortcut I'm not gonna do it.
Last year I made dozens of stupid GTA 5 Shorts, but that hurt me , So instead I went for myths and facts in GTA 5.
Now when I'm about to start scripting for a video I ask myself - Is it something as a gamer I would like to watch ?
If the answer is yes, then I start working on it.

I only posted this coz the amount of these channels I see in recommendation is crazy. Like C'mon YouTube At least show me something I can use for myself like a video idea but no all YouTube will ever show you is these stupid lives.

I just disable youtube recommendations and only look at subscribed stuff or things that get recommended off what i am watching. Even that is probably wasted time to a large extent and i should maybe read a novel instead ...

If i start getting angry about other people getting success from 'stupid' things ill go mad. Just look at crypto/blockchain/nft crap or horrible sounding rap or neverending reality shows or generic copy paste comic book movies, fake gurus etc etc. People will have their own list of things they don't like. Calling someone not a gamer just cause they play mobile games like Freefire and BGMI is just gatekeeping. Not everyone can afford to have a gaming PC or console to play high end games. With mobile phones and high speed internet connection becoming accessible to majority of the population the barrier to entry has come down a lot. Channels pop on in India as we are the country with highest population and if you make content which your audience likes you will get views.

However the channels you mentioned seem appear to be view botted channels. They are young channels as google monitors view botting and illegal tricks to gain views and will eventually ban the channel. Channel 1 is view botted with AI playing the game. No human interaction. Youtube only pays after you get a partnership for which you need to qualify then apply. No one is giving free money for using bots spamming gibberish in your live stream.

However the last 2 channels you mentioned may be view botted but they appear to be actually playing the game. One guy enjoys simulation games and that's his choice. He setup is a nice direct drive sim driving setup. Last channel seems to a kid and his dad making content with live streaming with cam and mic interaction as well. He is playing on a bed with a mouse and keyboard. Frankly kudos to him for making his own content and uploading.

Understanding Youtube alogoritm is a game which all channels play and what is wrong with it. Its not a easy job making content. Lot of brain rot content which can get millions of views. People stealing content adding voice overs and uploading it.

You need to login to youtube and curate your subscriptions and videos. If you dont like a certain type of content remove it immediately from your recommendations.

Youtube algorithm if you dont understand it you wont get views. Look at this video of probably one of the biggest esports tounament in India. Views and live viewers are so low. The prize pool 6lakh and 1lakh for 1st for both BGMI and Dota. This is the real esports scene which people should promote and watch IMO.
