Even if there is a "no man's land" like arrangement between some neighbours, they are still adjacent. The buffer zone is just a security/political arrangement.

I collectively put them as Nato . Russia cannot host any security bases in Nato countries . So pls check again .

I would blame Biden more for the underlined bit. By provoking a needless war with Russia otherwise there would still not be any de$ talk.

When Trump was in charge the world had a leader. Russia, Iran & China were quiet. China in particular as Trump reversed a half century policy of engagement into one of competition. The Abraham accords are also a significant achievement where he got more arab countries to recognise Israel than was possible for all previous administrations going back to and including Carter (who passed recently). He ended IS by coordinating with neighbours. He got Solemani who was Iran's main architect and very effective strategy until recently of ring of fire.

No you did not collectively put them as NATO because then Canada would not appear separately. Greenland is a tiny bit questionable, but it literally hosts an airbase controlled by NATO, so no.
 
ISIS , Manipur all these are distractions . No one seems to understand why ISIS is active in a region where there are only Muslims . ISIS is a direct beneficiary of American politics for maintaining global hegemony .
