Not really, if you watched the inauguration it was 30 mins of them just standing awkwardly while the leaders walked out one by one while a band played in the background.

Nope, people told me it wasn't good to do. None of my friends were into it. It came into fashion towards the late 90s. That is recreational amounts of it.
