If EU have to pay USA more for self defense, what is the power of all those states in EU and the union itself.

Less than it was twenty years ago, for sure. These euros used to have a backbone once upon a time. Today they have all been reduced to American vassals. I don't understand how this happened.

Now they do as they are told!!

Till will tell when unexpected shifts can happen.

This happened more to America's adversaries than America.

It's a matter of time when that empire start to crumble, will take some time, that is all.

The human and societal costs of what they did in Iraq war, erstwhile Iran till jasmine revolution, other failures effected countries and societies, now in RU vs UA, etc. The societal impact of all this is unseen and will be exposed in due time.

But chaos doesn’t guarantee dominance, it guarantees distrust.
If the U.S. leans on fear and anarchy, it will only push BRICS (and others) to unite faster.

Problem BRICS may face is the war machines of USA vs identity conflict of the countries involved in BRICS unless majority of world aligns with brics.

No, being a loose cannon or rather unpredictable makes his adversaries domestic & foreign wary. He is far from useless

Problem BRICS may face is the war machines of USA vs identity conflict of the countries involved in BRICS unless majority of world aligns with brics.

I don't think US can take down combined BRICS militarily, they will definitely try to push chaos and uprising in each country separately and support the pro-west parties in those countries.

Fall of empires is a slow and volatile process but it's inevitable!

Thanks to Trump, several European countries have realized that the US is a bad faith actor and should reduce their dependence on it.

More war & anarchy happened in the previous term. There would be no Ukraine or Gaza war had he won a second term. Inflation in the west would have been better controlled too as a result. There would be no de$talk talk.
