If you see those interviews, you will understand that a person giving good diplomatic level interviews fluently is well capable of arguing in that language. Anyways, his time in limelight seems to be waning, so doesn't matter much.
There were other Indian leaders too, those who could handle foreign languages very well.

Lot of leaders have good knowledge of other languages, but they purposefully will not speak those.
From now, DTrump will be careful about what he talks around Macron and vice versa :)

This Zelensky fellow got $500 billion up until Biden regime but now saying that he will not pay 10 cents more to US and also saying that he does not where those billions went. Pure parasite Bastard. This guy is another form of an dictator and does not want elections to be conducted in Ukraine while abolished them in 2024 citing emergency. Zelensky should be assassinated somehow.

It's not about money alone. He wretched up that country miserably, killed or maimed most young men, all women and children went to distant lands, now writing off the country's resources to other nations; all with enough military power and backup from biggest militaries in the word. To add insult to injury, a considerable part of country gone to enemy. What was the actual purpose of this war ? Weakening Russia or cede part of country to RU and valuable resources to NATO countries ?
Don't know what other countries should learn from this.

Actually read a FOIA documents leaked in 2014 by Edward Snowden which said that DIA of US & EDA of EU were creating new wars in order to sell more weapons & oil. They don't want the wars to end at all rather keep on continuing existing ones or creating new conflicts.

Actually make that before day 1 as one of Russia's goals is and always was to prevent NATO control of Ukraine.

You do not fcuk around with Russians not limited to but especially at their doorstep. Their claim to fame is keeping the collective west up at night for the last three centuries. There is no Soviet union anymore which was a buffer around Russia. There is no Warsaw pact which would be the killing fields for any NATO advance going east. There cannot be a NATO country like Ukraine on Russia's border. If you want an example of this thinking. Mao threw 2 million PLA into Korea to prevent a US ally having a border with China. N.Korea is a buffer they created for this purpose. It's an existential question for them. From another angle, there would be no Pakistan if not for British paranoia about Russia. The Brits didn't trust Nehru. The erstwhile Afghanistan used to be the buffer between Russia & British.

Merz is not very keen on Trump or the US if among his first statements after becoming Chancellor is that Europe should move away from the US. It is always significant for the US whenever a German or French leader says so and Merkel & Macron have also said so. Didn't go very far since the lack the capacity and capabilities to do so.

At the same time he's a trans atlanticist which contradicts what he just said.

Scholz was incompetent & a fool. This Merz guy is worse. Not in the same way but in a more evil kind of way. He doesn't want this war to stop unless it's on Ukraine's terms.

Maybe you are too far right personally that is why. Old school right wing in US/EU is basically the same as modern ones like Trump, but they maintain a veneer of sanity and use far right parties (like AfD in Germany's case) to appear as the relatively more stable and responsible alternative.

In all policies where it matters and money is involved, cronyism and tax cuts for the wealthy, gutting welfare, etc they are on the same page.
