Technically the article sounds good, a regular consumer will not bother themselves with this but for a person who wants to know this and base his decision on this, its a good source of information. But the war between LED, LCD & Plasma continues AFAIK

Good price of info but how much true is it ?
I mean they are saying that both LEDs- Egde lit and full array don't have much performance difference as compared to LCDs

Personally I just haven't gone for LCD monitor yet coz I don't have the dough yet. Want to go for a good IPS panel like the Dell 2209WA. SInce I don't like colour issues and am also an amateur photographer!

true.If you do that then you w'll be waiting for years.First you will wait for lcd prices to fall, then wait a couple more years for oled to come out and then wait a couple more years for the prices to stabilize!kippu said:prices will keep going down year after year , how long will you guys wait

Now then LEDs have come in, they are yet to mature till another tech overlaps. Whatever the case, you and I as consumers will always get the best that we can!
AMen to that bro! LCD's have now matured really well. Thats what I always wanted. Therefore am willing to shift from CRTs happily!vivacious_tg said:
