"Ding ding, yes it’s true. Condoms can significantly reduce the likelihood of you catching some nasty virus except this condom is designed for the digital kind. Computer viruses are just as virulent as the biological variety, just as insidious, and just as detrimental. The Condom USB is a device that acts as a stopgap between any USB enabled device and your computer.
As soon as the Condom USB detects a virus, built-in software shuts off USB access, verifies the problem, removes the nasty bug, then reopens the communication bridge to your computer. Snazzy but would this really work in the real world?"

But, this is weird, needless to say useless. LOL.

Condoms are made for prevention of any and every kind of Data Flow. These guys changed the definition of Condom!! :ohyeah:

What I usualyl do to chk USB drive for virus is that I first make sure Autorun is disabled and cancel any autorun prompt. Then I go into command prompt. Go to whatever drive the USB drive is. Then type

dir /ah

to show all the hidden files. Unhide them using

attrib -r -h -s *.*

or

attrib -r -h -s <foldername>

Then I usually delete them all. If there ARE known hidden files and folders, I look in AUTORUN.INF and delete any EXE files or just folders that are referred to in that file.

That usually takes care of viruses spreading from USB drives. And Vista UAC kinda helps too.

well that dos mode is a good solution.but check this PIC

I am reffering to the SECOND below circle, this option allows to see HIDDEN HIDDEN files, you had mention that viruses have like AUTORUN.INF and exe:)

Well,
Even if you give "Show Hidden files" and also show system files, sometimes the files wont show in Windows.
