i have seen arctic ones on amazon and thermal grizzly's ,are there any another options like gelid extreme /ultimate and fujipoly available with proper pricing ?

Fujipoly is very very expensive. Stick to arctic.

I'm also looking for Gelid pads. Haven't come across any listings. I think we'll have to import it

Where are you guys planning to use them? Gpu, Mobo?

I was planning to repad my 3080 FE. The VRAM temps reach 100 degrees sometimes.

gelid I don't think is officially available here in India. Try with the Arctic for re-padding the 3080FE, pretty sure even the arctic thermal pads will be better than the stock pads.
