i read some where .. kiwi coach was quoted as saying "Visitors are no Supermen" this was b4 this match.. i guess they are now .. :lol:

I agree with his remarks..
Series u say ..?? Only One match with conclusive result aint a series.

Taking nothing away from Indian victory, as it was by DL method and yea they did spanked the Kiwis left right and center but its only cuz we were not at the wrong end of the stick.

Had it been the other way round, all ppl here wd have said Oh well, u know that freakkin DL method.. Not Fair, .. Not fair....
Lets say India did well in the matches and stayed ahead and reaped the benefits.
As i said , taking nothing away from India, It surely was the better team and Should have won had matches gone full length.

I DID SAID INDIA WOULD HAVE WON.

Only that this DL system is two penny good for nothing system. It just makes the victory taste a bit off.

This DL system mite be universally applicable for all the teams and stuff but its still pretty squishy squashy.

U Have a Bat, a Ball and other Trinkets.

Decide winner by having a game. U dont wait for some set of equations to decide the game or worse the series. And u wd wanna see good amount of overs to see the full potential of each side. The mental aspect. Thats what a game is about.

Else y bother.. Bowl for 5 overs, apply equations and get over with it.

Getting some thoughts now..?

India wdnt have had any problems.. i never doubted that, they got good side.. better than Kiwis.. i wd have loved to see a lil thinking game here as well apart from Brute force.

only thing being.. this series has had another factor deciding the winner and not the players only.

DL ofcource.

Wen we say All Conquering side and rave abt this team.. reason is that players currently have got not only power hitters, but good players as well.. who can get side out of trouble from crunch situations. That has been happening a lot.

DL wont exhibit how good a team is wen being against a wall.
 
Lol shouldnt have mentioned the match details to DC. His next post would have been tigers at home, but frightened puppies abroad. And this Indian team can win matches only at home etc....
 
What demolition job by Sehwag! No wonder, the Kiwi bowlers are scared of him.

I wish the WC was this year, we'd have won comfortably.
 
As Sachin said... The best batting lineup... And this just proves him right... Last time also Sehwag was exceptional then the rest of the team... And this time too... He was in a mood to score 200+ if it was a 50 over match :)
 
India are the deserved winners no doubt and shud win the next match too......i hope they continue kickin ass and remain consistent.....but the catching and fielding in general left a lot to be desired esp. in the last 2 games. The bowling cud improve too.....I wish India wins the next world cup. Go India go......
