Poor can use phone (need to recharge for call & thus telecoms company gets good income & hence govt. via TAX) to order FREE GRAIN.

Lolz i feel they will sell their mobiles and government will cry.Money went into drain.

Government thinking usa way that providing will increase consumption but we indians are indians we will sell mobile and buy something else..lolz

Saw on tv its an olive mobile and all of them crying either provide us job what the heck we will do with mobile we dont have money to feed where will we pay for it after 6 months free service over.
