20-25K To buy Samsung galaxy 3 from indiatimes or not?

I have almost decided samsung galaxy S3 as my next phone. The final landing price with indiatimes is 22K which is turning out to be lowest among all e-commerce sites.
My question,
1. Is indiatimes reliable
2. Does indiatimes provide a VAT bill?

I need the bill because I have to claim the refund from my company. Any users with past experience from indiatimes please share your experience.

Yeah, indiatimes will provide valid bill.
But main complain against them is - they took time for delivery - ranging from a week to months.
And getting refund from them is real PITA. I had heard horror stories like - 6 months to get refund from Indiatimes.

Got a refund for a asus tab in a week from indiatimes . No need to call customer services too .

Because in past either we got WHAT WE NEVER PLACE ORDER FOR and delayed like hell, Customer Care Service is there to just TAKE CARE of themselves only

You're lucky, my experience with Indiatimes has not been good. Their shipping was extremely slow, their customer care closed a complaint case without asking me if it was resolved and even after 5-6 calls to them their case manager never called me back.
