well if it illegal then why all these r runing after it.well last night i got through details of P2p through various sites found most of them r dying invitations but why
 
they don't care. In India, i can say you're completely safe from legal issues of P2P. And even elsewhere like State, chances of having FBI on your doorstep are very rare. They only catch uploaders/rippers, not downloaders, unless you got 50-100 GB avg of downloads alone per day, which will no doubt attract your ISP's attention.
 
android264810, P2P including Torrents is Not Illegal it is just another means of communication.

Now what you do with it is what can be deemed Legal or Illegal.

So its the end user who decides the legality of the whole thing.

Downloading/Uploading via torrents is Legal - its just what you upload or download ultimately decides the Legal Aspect of it.
