Hi,
Checked out Toyota Etios Liva. Its a very spacious car. Responsive. I wanted to know that are there any problems of this car that has surfaced? Its a fairly new car. I have been waiting for new cars to arrive for like 6 months. Can't wait anymore.

A mod here was looking for a new car [dont remember his name] I suggested him liva - he told that the interiors were that good and it looked cheap
 
Deliveries have not yet formally started, best you hold on a bit, I am in the same boat.
 
Guys , go in for a Honda Jazz .. sort of clearance sale goin on before the facelift comes in and is available at a whopping discount of 1.75 lakhs all over India . this has been confirmed and is valid only till stocks last.

This car is surely more than VFM with starting of 5.3 Lks ex-delhi
 
But when is the new Jazz coming? I'm looking to buy a car in the 5lakh range but not for another two months.
 
Liva is a winner in all of the hatchbacks at the moment. (Source- Zee news, some car show). My other options would include Swift (diesel) and Punto (diesel). Countrock will tell you more about his punto. :D
 
Well I don't think we should buy a diesel car. Our current car is the Daewoo Matiz. Its 10 years old but has driven only 42000 kms (no i didnt miss a zero). I think Zee business car show is called Wheelocity.

Considering your usage. A diesel car doesn't fits your bill and Petrol would be best.

Etios Liva is a decent car, has a world's most loved TOYOTA badge, Reliable, Fuel Efficient, SPACIOUS!, good performing engine but the interiors are built to cost. Go for it. You won't regret the decision ;)

Also, The all new Swift is coming withing 2-3 weeks. Wait for it. The interiors are better than earlier and the 1.2 K-Series engine is fun to drive.

Since you've said that Jazz wouldn't fit your garage, i wont say anything about it BUT trust me on this, JAZZ is the car you'll absolutely fall in love with!
 
If I assume it fits. But it doesn't. What so great about the car? Everybody here seems to like it. I have seen just one jazz in Guwahati city,Assam.
 
It's just right :D It's super spacious, fun to drive, is an MUV. And it is from Honda. Means top notch quality, and superb reliability and longevity. The price was what was wrong all these years, and now that has been corrected. Go for it if you can.

Only thing wrong with jazz is cost, both initial and running. Otherwise..... Nothing beats it.
