TP-Link WR-340G Wifi Router..How to forward port ?

At my home here i have a alcatel DSL modem and a TP-Link WR-340G wifi router. I want to forward the port for utorrent. How can i do so. Currently getting very low speeds on torrents and on top of that the green tick is not coming. Either that yellow caution sign is coming or the red exclamation is coming :@
Please help me forward port in this wifi router.
 
i checked this link...but any other simpler way

also any other way to increase speed except PF.

One more thing, my roomie is also using the net on his lappy (no torrent stuff), will he be affected ?

Also if i screw up with this static ip thing...how to rollback?
 
If you dont want the hassle of port forwarding , simply enable UPnP in your router and utorrent . Even if you use this method you cant mess up anything

This wont affect his PC
