Firstly Contact seller about ur order.... If he don't have any record... tell him to check in the "Selling Area" on tradus and
then contact Tradus and tell them to send an explicit payment authorization mail to seller & you....
Happened wid me also..... I contacted them and after getting mail from tradus, seller shipped the item.

Somebody can plz enlighten me about the tradus.in and its hot deal where bidding goes on. Is it really sold at such low price and trustable?

^^ Naveen, I don't think it works that way.
To illustrate:
Let say an other person (say: A) has set an upper limit to his bid on the item and every time someone else (lets say: B) raises his bid but it is lower than A's upper limit, A's bid is also raised to match B's bid. In such cases, A is given preference for he was the first one to bid for that amount. This continues till B makes a bid on the item which is higher that A's upper limit bid; in which case B becomes the highest bidder. Hope it clarifies your doubt!

Even i had ordered toblerone, but havent recieved anything yet ...
Did u get the item direct or first you got any shipping details before the seller shipped you the stuff ??

I didn't get any shipping details by mail nor was it updated in the site. Maybe yours is in transit. But out of the 3 I ordered, got only 2. So maybe they are sending it in batches.
naveen58 - Lets say your maximum bid for the item was Rs 1000 but at that time the bidding has reached only Rs 100.
Now someone comes and places a max bid of Rs 1100, the system will automatically make bids at the Bid increments. This process continues till it exceeds your max bid amount. That's why you see alternate bids from you and the other guy. If you check the time of the bid, it doesn't change which means the he had set a high maximum bid amount and system is automatically doing the bids.

Got 3 genuine sealed packs of 50gm Toblerone. Packing was really good, was bubble wrapped properly and I received it without any damages. The gift was a small teddy bear, useless for me. lol. Ya I am satisfied with the transaction excluding the delay in shipment.
You can try mailing them - ghasitaram@vsnl.com, I had mailed yesterday and few minutes back got the reply with the tracking details however I had already received the item.
