I m thinkin of gettin into trance music ..... so i m callin alll trance addicts of TE .... to plz help me out .... Just tell me d name of the torrent site where i can download trance ! Also can u guyz recommend any top trance songs ?

artists. .hmm.. u could chk out anything and everything which is trance.. lol....

for starters. maybe armin, kyau and albert, above and beyond, matt darey, menno de jong, dj shah(he's german :bleh:)etc etc...

could chk out pvd too. but he plays many styles .. if you could categorize trance then u would pvd in the ultra advanced level.. :lol:..do download his livesets though ;)

PS - wat u mean by getting into trance music? its not something special. if u like it. u like it.. there's nothing like getting into trance music.... :bleh:
 
Check some music out from Super8 and Tab, Paul Van Dyke, Angelli and Nelson, Armin Van Buurren, The Thrillseekers etc

trancefix.nl has rapid/mega links of weekly trance radio shows like 'A State Of Trance' and 'Trance Around The World', also visit their 'Post your Own Mixes' section, where noobies make their own set of music and release it for download. Some of them are even better than AsoT and Tatw.

Though, first and formost, I would reccomend you visit this place, check the millions of sub-genres and sample songs - Its excellent for those who want to get in electronic music :

ONCE you go through that site, make some downloads of songs from here :

100 Greatest Trance Songs

Then get some compiled Various Artists Trance albums from SONY MUSIC you'll find in Planet M and Music World and other popular stores.

But don't start listening to online radio sites like di.fm now though, its most likely to put you off.

True. It was love @ first sight for me when I first heard trance :P
 
first u have to decide which genre of trance u like .. i personally like hard house .. there are quite a few more like progressive , psy , etc

if u wanna start with hard house listen to lisa lashes .. the best out there...

otherwise there is darkbydesign , tiesto(u must have heard of him) , paul van dyke, armin , etc , etc ...

and if u really want to get in to it .. dll demos which come out .. some of those guys are really good ... (like params7 said)

Ohh yeah u can go to Last.fm – The Social Music Revolution and listen to whole albums over there and will give a good idea which ones to dll

if you want fresh music ...you can go to mixupload.com ... Its like a virtual stageshow where various Djs post their talent . free downloads .. and completely legal . most if the music is very good .
