Someone made a mistake and everyone is ready to hound him and make hay. Wonderful. I guess if you are getting a full refund you should be content. Whats so unprofessional about it.

Guys leaving negative feedback is not what the buyer should get... He admitted his fault and he will be paying ebay a hefty amount also he is refunding. How much you want guys??...
Be supportive and wait till the amount get's reflected to your a/c. It will take time for sure..

I got my refund yesterday, have already submitted a negative feedback for the seller, and reported the seller..

Yes, full refund, but after 8 days..
Also, the seller used abusive language on mail.
Instead of being sorry, he was arrogant and see the response he has given to the negative feedback.
Have already reported the seller on ebay for use of abusive language.
Also, the person made wrong commitments for giving dicount coupons. (did not receive them)
Guess you would have done the same... right ??
