PC Peripherals Transcend Memory RMA without bill ...

I have a Transcend DDR1 512MB Module that I got from a TEF member. It needs to be RMAed. I don't have a bill, is it possible ? It has a 'Lifetime Warranty'. Is there a Transcend service centre in Mumbai ?

actually the service centre operators go for the serial no.(if present)and if lifetime warranty.... then no doubts on replacement
ofcourse their are transcend service centres in mumbai....

afaik , transend rma -

1) has to be done from the dealer where it has been purchased from.

2) you need bill for the same.

however i have heard stories that if u have a really good rappo with your dealer - they can get it done for you. however the possibility for the same is very lean.

Here: Accel Frontline Services

Select transcend from the menu, the next page lists accel frontline service centres. AFAIK, you dont need bill for transcend RMA, atleast i didnt need it when i RMA'd my pendrive.

I RMA'd Transcend sticks about a month ago through Accel Frontline. I was not asked for the bill, took about three weeks though.

Is the Accel Frontline RMA center open on Saturdays? I give any company that has its RMA center open on saturday a bonus 50 points.
