Travelling suggestion for 5 days

Got holidays for 5 days, from 10 to 14th this month. I am in chennai ATM and wanna travel around south India,can anyone sugges travel route? what places can i visit? i just want to travel alone and visit non-so popular places in-n-around

I think it is hot everywhere.why not try vagamon- a lesser known hill station?so is wayanad .

mercara,agumbe are also good choices.there is "yelagiri" near to madras too na?

Yelagiri is a POS don't go there (just a small hill) , its crap.

Waynad has nice the weather these days (not so hot), you can also try coorg

wayanad is also no go...unless u are in wildlife ...there are better places to go though for that also

How about going to the Lakshadweep/Andamans? I think you can easily spend 5 or more days there. There are some decent tour packages and if you know someone living there then it will be pretty cheap too.
