Troubled by Letsbuy's CC..can anyone suggest?

I had purchased a Dell 22inch monitor from letsbuy on 19th oct 2011. They had sent me an e-mail stating the consignment number of DTDC but when I checked the status of my consignment on DTDC website using that number, it was showing that consignment was delivered on 18th Oct 2011. I tried 1000 times 2 call CC of letsbuy.com but nobody has picked even once. So can anybody tell me anyother CC number which is working ..or any other way to contact them. I am staying in Noida.

"delivered on 18th Oct 2011" does this means DTDC delivered the product at your place? or Picked up from Letsbuy place? Also you didn't mentioned where are you from?
 
You are lucky enough. I didn't receive my product for 1 month and on cancellation, received the refund another 4 weeks later. Mileage varies though, a couple of other products I had purchased earlier were delivered in a decent time frame which was around a week.

Not the best customer service in this time and age, but I hope things will improve over time.
 
why don't you mail them with some high sounding words, i didn't receive and diwali gifts with my last two order, so mailed them and they rang me up twice, yesterday and today and they are saying that they will make sure that i get the gift within 4-5 days.

You too can try that :)
 
Thanks 2 u all. Finally got connected to their CC yesternight & received my product in the evening today.. But ya their CC's response is dull. Now happy and enjoying the HD movies..
