Price is 1489/5 or 298 per person. Can probably wait for a few days this week as otherwise might just go ahead with the individual plan which is 449.

In terms of this forum, I don't think there are any.
In terms of Apple's T&C, yeah there's a chance there can be.

Usually it is enforced by geographical limits like same country (Google) or same household (Netflix) etc.
For Apple, I think it's the former.
