Tune In Radio : Looking for Top40/HIP-HOP channels that are 256kbps atleast

I listen to songs all the time in office
Currently I listen to Jango Radio on my phone, as it has a top 100 channel and the best thing is that I can customize the sound quality (which I set to highest).

But unfortunately it doesn't have the record function
I found that Tune In Radio has , and so I bought the Pro version.

But whatever radio station I tried to listen are all 32kbps AAC or 64 MP3 or all low quality stuff.
Can someone recommend me good stations which plays latest Hits at 256 kbps atleast.
Since I use office WiFi, bandwidth isn't an issue..I;l be happy to have a 320pbps station too...

But less number of ads and all please

I bought TuneIn because of it's ability to record songs.
Don't think it's possible in website, or even it is transferring it to my cell will be a big hassle.

But my issue is that I'm unable to find a top40 station with 256kbps or above quality.

What are some good internet radio channels, which have less add (in between the songs "people speaking") for English stuff (70s/80s/90s..and our good old Indian stuff. But free ones.

Well i do use tunein radio myself and normally what i end up doing after 1hr of constant listening is switch back to my own flac playlist, being a big time Hard rock / Classic rock / 80s / AOR /lover myself and a former RJ for a Hardrock online Channel my ears crave only some music loving of the above listed Genres
