Tutorial, brushes and guides needed for cs3

I got cs3 and I am trying to figure out how to use it. Sadly unlike ms paint its not that easy now is it?:bleh:

We have people like rivunited and all who know how to use these tools. So I was wondering if anyone has links for good resources likes tutorials, brushes and guides.
