Hi guys i need a tv(LCD) which can serve as monitor for my laptop or desktop.

My budget is 18000.

VGA output is must.

hdmi output will be added advantage(if price not a constrain).

Get any of the 24inchers + external TV Tuner. Most TN 24" monitors should be available under 14-15K.

Tv tuner needs CPU to be running which i guess waste of power and reduces cpu+motherboard life.
