Tv out vs Hdmi in android phones

Can anyone please tell me the difference between tv out and Hdmi in android phones. Like i would like to stream videos from youtube on tv. Would tv out be good enough or hdmi is better ?

Apart from Neo V is there any other android with Hdmi under 22k ?
Galaxy s plus has a tv out. Which other android has tv out under 22k ?

Spice mi410 has hdmi out its available for 13k.

AFAIK, both are the same as far as the latest mobiles are concerned. TV out gives you HDMI out.

LG O2x has HDMI out.. You'd get it for about 19k..
