PC Peripherals TV Tuner suggestions for upcoming world cup

hi ppl, for the upcoming world cup, i wanna get a gud tv tuner to get my A\v comp rig complete(theres nothing gud in pc if it can sound and play big).I hear pinnacle , tech com, videomate but dnt know wich to get.I wud prefer external one but internal is fine too.

Video E228WFP 22-inch widescreen LCD (TN panel but for 22inch and 24k its worth it)

Audio Yamaha rxv457 with wharfdale diamond 9.0 speakers
no altec,logitech nd all can even stand to compare,even rxv357 can fail entire range of pc speakers,so guys honestly try them.

usual Pci-e msi x1950 pro amd dual core rig(i got it long b4 conroe)

Just tell me sum gud tv tuners around wid prices....
 
Get Diamond 9.1 instead of 9.0. It sounds much much better. Are you just getting a pair of speakers? In that case, dump that reciever and get a NAD C320BEE stereo amp.
 
audio is already there and NO its the whole range of 5.1 set

Why wud i drop of 6.1 Integrated AV Amplifier & Receiver for a stereo amp combined with a philips 5695 dvp? If u have gud reasons, i wud like to increase my awareness
