40K+ UAE Buying Options - Query

A family member is going to the UAE for a few days. I wanted to know if you guys knew any places (preferably online) - apart from Amazon and Noon that they could source electronics from, at reasonable prices? They could be used or new.

Their primary location will be Abu Dhabi, but they are not sure how much time they will have to shop around. So, first priority will be any online marketplaces or apps, followed by any markets and stores preferably first in Abu Dhabi, followed by some in Dubai.

They are looking for options beyond these. Noon is mostly a non-player. The prices are always on the higher side. They are also looking for some used/refurbed electronics too.

And they might want to see before they buy. Since all I knew of was Amazon and Noon, I said I would ask around. @raksrules

I used Noon about a year ago, they had prices comparable to amazon and faster delivery times. Refurb might not be available online afaik, you might have to visit a local shop. I was also looking for refurb cameras, but couldn't find anything good.
