0-20k Under 10K: Help me build secondary rig (cpu only) for Kids

Need advice on minimalist build for my kids (8 years old). I only need the CPU and will use existing monitor, keyboard etc.

  1. What is your budget?
    • 10K
  2. What is your existing hardware configuration (component name - component brand and model)
    • None
  3. Which hardware will you be keeping (component name - component brand and model)
    • Monitor - Benq E2200hd
    • USB Keyboard / Mouse
    • KVM switch - to share keyboard mouse
  4. Which hardware component are you looking to buy (component name). If you have already decided on a configuration then please mention the (component brand and model) as well, this will help us in fine tuning your requirement.
    • CPU - ?? Can AMD APU come in this budget
    • Motherboard - ?? with decent on board graphics
    • RAM - 2/4GB
    • PSU - if possible one that fits a mini atx
    • Cabinet - If possible good mini atx cabinet

  5. Is this going to be your final configuration or you would be adding/upgrading a component in near future. If yes then please mention when and which component

AMD A4-4000 or A4-6300 - Rs 2400 or 3300
Gigabyte GA-F2A55M - Rs 3600
Transcend DDR3 4GB - 2600
PSU and Cabinet (local Combo) - Rs 1400

Total - Rs 10,000 or 10,900

(If you can extend budget then get local cabinet and Antec PSU)

Thanks @sky . I missed one thing in template.. the HDD.. I think the whole setup will cost few more K which is ok..

Above config looks good.
 
@OP I have an XPS 1210 with a busted screen lying around. Needs some work though. If you are up for it, let me know.
