Received the product today, but not at all happy with it.





1) The model that was sent is not the same as shown above, It only has 6 converter pins.

2) It is very old(OCT-09), the carton box is completely dusty and damaged( Not due to transport as the hard board box was completely sealed and not damaged at all).

3) Newer one is available locally in our college store at similar price, the 10 pin model.

I paid more and I got an older product.

This is my 5th deal with PrimeABGB and the first one via forum which went wrong. What's more embarrassing is that I bought this for a friend, who was skeptical and I convinced her citing my previous deals with ABGB.

I need a refund or a new stock product.
 
It's been 2 weeks since I sent you back the product and yet no refund is made. I've been mailing you and calling you almost every couple of days and you keep telling me that it will be processed asap, but how many days will you take??

Even on friday I got a mail saying, it was forwarded to accounts dept and will reflect in my account before saturday! Today is Monday and yet nothing is reflected in my account.

Yes the amount is transferred just now, but Mr. Tushar told me that you will refund the courier charges for shipping back the item along with refund. Only 1450 was refunded. I did mail you the courier receipt on that day. Rs. 67 is still pending.
