My friend is looking for an ISP at Hiranandani, Thane which offers unlimited internet (Without FUP) & justifies the cost which is paid.

Can you recommend some ISPs at Hiranandani, Thane ?

Also please mention if the listed Isp's would provide caching of downloads.

Try to still get Mach1, you get 100Mb peering, which is pretty good (at least the last time I checked)

Yes, I told my colleague the same.. The approval is still pending with the society. Lets see what happens
