Unlocked iPhone 4 32gb black in pristine condition

If the pics in opening post are true, a gevey sim was initially used to keep it unlocked.

Apple doesnt locks phone once they are unlocked. And if it is upgraded to 5.1, its nothing but expensive touch , downgrading from 5.1 cant be done atm !!
