CPU/Mobo Unlocked Phenom II 555 BE vs X4 945

My friend has a MSI 790GX-G65 mainboard, he wanted to by a Phenom II X3 but I told him to wait and instead to go for Phenom II 555 BE,

Can you guys please tell me if this CPU will unlock on the mentioned MSI mobo and which batches of the 555 BE are unlockable?
 
Hey guys, sorry for the late post, the OS got corrupted after the parts were installed and it took some time to get another copy.

Anyway, the system's working fine and I have been able to max out all the games I tried. The 9800gt idles at around 40-50C and at 55-65C while gaming, is that okay?

I haven't been able to unlock the 555 BE on the default BIOS yet and after flashing the new one, I need to change the

"HT link @ 1.6GHz

ACC @ all cores

Value(all cores) @ -2%"

I haven't been able to find the HT-Link and Value options on the BIOS page, could anyone tell me where those are?

By the way, this comes up on the CPU-Z thing :-

Hey thanks for the reply, so I change both HT-link speed and HT-link width to 1.6 GHz?

Also, would you know what this "Value(all cores) @ -2%" stands for?

Are you sure about this? Isn't this built on the 955 BE die? I'm assuming by the clock speed. Or is it that AMD locked cores AND underclocked it too?

Do you have any source from where we can check?
