Mark Rein specifically said the beta demo will be public. FP was the first one to get the rights. that's all.

putting that aside, I don't care for NDAs/TOS violations. IMO, everything should be accessible to everyone.

Is this different from the link u gave in the other UT3 thread? Which one should i download?

UT2004 demo had compressed textures to reduce download size. anyway, as far as graphics are concerned, most UT3 games look bad in screenshots but great while playing. I'll hold my judgment until I personally play the game. which'll be by tomorrow afternoon I guess =/ thanks to ultra fast 256Kbits Broadband..
