a game shop Babu Video Games

Are you 100% sure it's LT+ 3.0? I mean, Modern Warfare 3 and Arkham City worked fine on LT+ 2.0 as well.

how to find out its LT + 3.0 i am not 100% its LT+3.0

my dashboard is 2.0.14719

You can only do that by hooking up your drive to the PC and checking the firmware version in Jungle flasher. Since you're on the latest dashboard, it could either be an improper burn or the drive is not flashed to LT+ 3.0.

the game was working in the shop where i bought it so its not LT + 3.0 i guess so can you give me a link for flashing LT+2.0 to LT+3.0
does it need any extra HW

You need your DVD drive key to flash the drive. I'm assuming the person that sold it to you hasn't provided it. In which case, you're stuck. My advice, get a 'Reset Glitch' hack done on your console. It will eliminate the need to burn disc and you can boot game directly through a USB drive. It's a one time investment, but totally worth it.

@@ OP

plz check the disk region or replace the disk with another disk frm the vendor.im sayin this because i have 5 discs tomm for my pal console all are saying ntsc region bu working fine.
so i possible replace the disk with a new one and then let us know.

Some vendor really fool people , people should do proper research in any area before investing any money

btw i tried to the front usb ports there it can detect the flash drive but the 3 ports at the back it wont detect does it mean the back ports are faulty?

Your console is definately on LT+ 2.0 because prototype and max payne 3 both came online pre-patched with the latest Abgx360 app having the topology data which was replaced by AP2.5 after LT+ 2.0, Hence you need a firmware upgrade for both the games to work. After reflashing to LT+ 3.0 all the AP2.5 game that you have need to be repatched with the latest abgx360 1.0.6 app and again burn them on a new disc to play them on Lt+ 3.0 otherwise all XGD3 & XGD2(brotherhood, nfs hp, mw2, black ops, halo reach, fable 3) except your prototype and max payne 3 will not work.
And don't worry your console is fine you just need reflashing to the latest firmware. enjoy :)

Won't he need an iAHS drive for a full burn as well? Also, people are reporting Dragon's Dogma has some added security, which doesn't allow truncated copies to work properly. So I guess if he upgrades to LT+ 3.0, he'll need to get the iAHS drive for it. Although, I have heard people were able to get Max Payne to work with LT+ 2.0 on the latest dashboard too.

Please must think of moving towards RGH instead of this shit burning of discs.
