If the console your getting from any dealer big or small is sealed or box packed with bill than it cannot be refurbished.
Secondly if OP is thinking of replacing his console from MS than there is a greater(90%) chance than he will get the corona motherboard with the Liteon 1175 drive which are currently uncrackable. So be sure before you get your console replaced.

but as the OP says its already modded so i dnt think he can replace it to ms

Even if it isn't, there's no harm in sending Microsoft the console. If he's lucky and they don't inspect the console, he'll get a replacement.
yeah I am trying to get console replaced still will try few more times for the usb port thing is the led of the flash drive glows means it is getting power but its not getting detected I am really confused whats the real problem here it there any way to factory reset the console to the earlier condition so that it will uninstall all the updates and will be back to default condition and if there is any way to do factory reset will I loose the hack???? anyways if the problem gets solved with usb port I will most prob get it RGH so that there will be no more trouble with discs I really really hope its some minor problem
Ya try to do a factory reset and try different pen drives not only one cuz some pd's may have support issues with xbox. As I said before replacement may get you a console that may be unhackable, so try to resolve the issue with the console you have right now.
And yes if your console warranty sticker is been taken care of, than you can easily get it replaced even if your console is modded.

ok I solved the problem weird solution but it got fixed I used a USB extension cable and then tried attaching Flash drive to it and it worked!!!!!!!! no idea how but yeah it works now I might get it RGH this guy is asking 4K for it with coolrunner and some other chip for faster boot is that fine or is it too much

A factory reset won't remove the LT drive modification. It's just a basic factory setting reset. If you're able to sort it out, definitely go in for RGH.
