Audio Upgrade from the M3s

I've been using Brainwavz M3 for quite some time and now I want something better. I am looking for something which does everything the M3 does, but better, except bass of course. The M3's bass seems ideal for me. I'm looking majorly for improvements in sound stage and a very good midrange.

My requirements and input sources are the same as those I've mentioned in my other thread. Other requirements are

1. Great build quality and even looks

2. No microphonics(or as less as possible. At least lesser than the M3)

3. Bi- or tri-flange earbuds

My budget is around Rs.5k. I can stretch up to Rs.7k if I'm getting something amazing. I'm not in a hurry to buy them so I can even wait for discounts and stuff.

My advice would be to stick with M3. You could get RE262 under 7k but you might miss the bass.

SQ of M3 is already at a point beyond which you could only get minor improvements. If you already like M3, chances are you may not find something more expensive worth the money.
 
Thank you, Mephistopheles. That makes sense. I think I'll spend the money on something else like a decent audio player, instead.
