upgrade of my old pc

hello all i need ur help regarding my old pc though i gonna build my own rig soon we gonna also need my current pc for my cousin pls let me know which parts can i upgrade in my configuration pls help me

but can i add the mentioned videocard to my existing dell mobo(psu=300w will it be enough)i dont want to change the cpu and mb if it is possible to add a video card to it(sumthing related to pci slot just confused)that's why i provided mobo info,please let me know if it is possible,thank you
 
Yes you can run the new gpu on the old mobo,It's neccesery for you to get mentioned psu cause any 300w psu won't cut it.Also add 2gb ram if you plan to keep the existing cpu and mobo for better performance.

I'd say get the new rig it's in your budget,it's upto you.

jacob sir what if i buy amd a8/a6 apu along with its matching motherboard,i have all other stuff s including hard disk etc i have heard tat its an good prccy with an good videocard inbuilt
 
Yes if you're not getting external gpu then Amd apu is a good choice-

It'd be better if upgrade your existing config cause your cpu will bottleneck with the latest 7-8k gpu.What is your budget now,i am sort of confused cause i thought you bought the rig i had suggested above.
