Model number and details: gigabyte h61m motherboard, intel core i3 3210 processor, asus gtx 650ti boost graphics card, tagan bz 800 watt smps,cooler master cm 690 cabinet, 2x4 gb ddr3 ram, 2x1 TV Seagate hdd 7200rpm.

Now for gpu what would be the best possible gpu to upgrade,for 2k to 4k resolution mid to high settings gameplay?
One of my friend is selling 1080ti for 20k, shall I go for it or some mid range card 1650 super or 1660 super. How the core i5 3570 will perform with above GPU's. which gpu won't give stuttering problems? I can manage 20 fps lesser but stuttering free experience is what I'm looking for.

20k is the steal price, go for 1080. 1660 costs just few bucks less and less powerful than 1080.

Ok I have dropped the plan of upgrading my current 3rd gen intel setup. rather I'll upgrade to ryzen in future.

Upgrading from 3rd gen means you pretty much have to jump to the next gen which means new parts for most case, and that 1080 will be a huge bottleneck at 1080 and at high CPU temps
